SPSSAU Error Code
1.Data quality anomaly detected!
Quality anomaly occurs when the system is unable to compute results. The specific solutions are as follows:
Typically, strong collinearity between the data causes this. It is recommended to use the collinearity analysis in "Advanced Methods", and the system will automatically identify strongly collinear items. After addressing the issues as suggested by the system, the results should be output correctly.
No correlation between analysis items. It is recommended to use correlation analysis to check the relationship. Remove items with a very low correlation coefficient (e.g., less than 0.2) from the model and re-analysis.
Insufficient sample size. Many algorithms have internal requirements for sample size. Generally, the sample size should be larger than the number of analysis items. For example, if there are only 10 samples but 20 analysis items, it is highly likely that data quality anomalies will occur. It is recommended to use the descriptive analysis in General Methods to check the sample size for each item.
If the issue persists, please send operation screenshots and data to cs@spssau.com.

When the above notes appear, it is recommended to check as follows:
1. Follow the instructions provided in the note.
2. Check if the data format meets the requirements. Click to view data format. Carefully review the data format, for example, in an independent samples t test, the variable X should only have 2 groups, but if X contains 3 different values, this could cause an issue. Or X may need to be a Nominal but is currently a Quantitative.
3. Check for collinearity issues in the data using "Advanced Methods"-》"Collinearity Analysis".
4. Perform descriptive analysis to check for missing data or other issues.
5. Refer to the help manual within the relevant method for further guidance.
6. Use "View Data" to check the raw data for any anomalies or inconsistencies.
If the problem persists, please send screenshots and the data to cs@spssau.com.
